Payment upon receipt of the order at your place (cash on delivery):

If you have chosen cash on delivery then you will have to pay the price of 4 € (and any agreed costs eg transfer) upon receipt of the product from the carrier of our choice. In case the total value of the order exceeds € 499.00 there is no possibility of sending cash on delivery. There is also the possibility to request a deposit in advance of the value of the order in case deemed necessary by the customer service department.

Bank account deposit:

If you have chosen to deposit in a bank account as a payment method, then you will have to discount your order (and any agreed shipping costs, for example) in order to begin the process of processing your order request and committing the products included in one of us, in one of our Company accounts that appear in the order form and in the e-mail that you will receive as soon as your order is processed, stating your order code as a reason.

In remittance payments, the order is sent only if the transfer is made at the sender’s expense (OUR, not SHA) and if the reason for the transfer is the number of the order to which it relates, so that identification can be done. All payment transfers must be made in the pricing currency of our store (EUR).

You should then send us a copy of this deposit via email to sales@moustakishoes.gr. After receiving a valid copy of the total amount, the order processing and confirmation process is followed and we will contact you by any suitable means (eg e-mail, telephone, fax, text message to any mobile number provided) according to your personal information that you have stated to us. In case of non-receipt of a copy within 2 working days or non-receipt of a valid copy of the deposit of the entire amount, your order will be canceled free of charge and the contract of sale will be considered as never drawn up. You will be sent a message to cancel your order request as above. In case of cancellation or modification of your order until the shipment of the product (s), an interest-free refund procedure will be followed, after contacting you with one of the above mentioned contact methods in order to give us the bank account number to which you wish the deposit to be made.

Payment by Debit – Credit Card:

The Company’s online store accepts all Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover credit cards. There is also the possibility of repaying transactions through the MASTERPASS electronic wallet. Once you have chosen the credit card as a payment method, the process will be carried out and completed through our trusted partner – a banking institution that provides all the security guarantees of electronic transactions. Credit card clearing is done with the redirect method which ensures you the maximum possible security of transactions.
